Short Bio

Mihaela Chidean received the B.Sc. degrees in Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering from the Rey Juan Carlos University, Fuenlabrada, Spain, in 2011, and the M.Sc degree in Multimedia and Communications from the Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain, in 2013; and Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Rey Juan Carlos University, Fuenlabrada, Spain, in 2016. She was awarded with the best final project in telematics by the Spanish Official College of Telecommunications Engineers (COIT). Currently she is researcher with the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, Rey Juan Carlos University. Her research interests include body sensor networks with medical applications, physiological signal processing, dynamic routing, distributed signal processing, and wireless sensor networks for energy efficiency.
