Signal Theory and Communications
Fernando received the Telecommunication Engineering degree and in the Ph.D. degree in 2008 from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He worked in the industry between Entre 1992 y 2003 working on photovoltaic systems (Isofotón), and involved in projects about air traffic control (Indra), and Internet elements development (Compaq). From 2008 up to 2015 he was at the Centro de Estudios Superiores attached to the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, teaching. In 2014, he became a faculty of the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
