He currently teaches Statistics and Operations Research at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Telecomunicación. He is also serving as Head of Studies of the Degree in Aerospace Engineering in Air Navigation. From 2007 to 2011 he was serving as Deputy Dean for International Relations and Postgraduate Studies of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería de Telecomunicación. He was working with the Department of Statistics and Operations Research of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, with the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and with the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya..
