Eduardo del Arco received the Electric and Electronic Engineering BEng in 2008 from Glyndwr University (UK), Telecommunication Engineering MEng in 2009 from University of Alcalá (Spain), Telecommunication Engineering MSc in 2013 and Ph.D. in 2016 from Rey Juan Carlos University. He cooperated in several car magazines as technical consultant and test driver. His research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, vehicular communications, road traffic modeling and submodular optimization.
