Short Bio

Edelweiss Moyano Rodríguez is graduated in Chemical Engineering by the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid in 2013. Her Final Degree Project was, “Synthesis of biodiesel from oils of microorganisms” developed in laboratories URJC. In the professional field she has made practices in IMDEA Energy. She has an Master in Information and Communication Technologies in Biomedical Engineering by the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid in 2014. Her Final Master Project was developed in Rey Juan Carlos University and IMDEA Energy Laboratories with the title, “Tailoring Upconversion Nanoparticles for Early Dermatological Tumor Detection”. Now she works as a predoctoral researcher at the Superior Technical School of Telecommunications Engineering inside of the Signal Theory and Communications Group in URJC and the Thermochemical Processes Unit inside of the Photo-activated processes Group in IMDEA Energy since September 2014.
