Short Bio

Alberto Olivares received his MSc in Mathematics and BS in Statistics from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain, and his PhD in Mathematical Engineering from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He has been working with the Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece, and has participated as researcher and counsellor in several projects for companies.

Research lines

Nonlinear and Nonconvex Optimization, Statistical Learning, Optimal Control, Trajectory Optimization, Robotics, Aeronautics, Astronautics.
